Dates Nuts Apple smoothie is a nutritious healthy breakfast drink. It has all the healthy ingredients like soaked nuts, seeds, apple and banana.

Ingredients:
4-5 Dates
1/2 Banana
8-10 soaked almonds
3-4 Soaked cashews
1 sp Sunflower seed
1 cup Milk
Pinch of cardamom powder
1 sp soaked chia seed
2 tbsp grated apple
Method :
- Add all the above ingredients in a blender except chia seed and apple
- Make a fine smoothie.
- Garnish with chia seed and grated apple. Enjoy!
