Raw Mango Chutney

This green mango chutney is made of unripe mangoes. It tastes tangy and spicy. You must try this recipe during this mango season; it goes well with steamed rice.

Green mango chutney


  • 1 sp Coconut oil
  • 4 -5 Red dry chilli
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • For blending:
  • 1 Raw mango sliced
  • 1 stem curry leaves
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 4 tbsp Grated coconut
  • Salt to taste

Method :

  • In a pan add oil and sauté red chilli and sliced onion.
  • Transfer this to blender jar along with other ingredients.
  • Blend it, Enjoy with rice.

Shelf life: Upto 3 days in refrigerator.
