This green mango chutney is made of unripe mangoes. It tastes tangy and spicy. You must try this recipe during this mango season; it goes well with steamed rice.


Ingredients:
- 1 sp Coconut oil
- 4 -5 Red dry chilli
- 1 Onion sliced
- Salt to taste
- For blending:
- 1 Raw mango sliced
- 1 stem curry leaves
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 4 tbsp Grated coconut
- Salt to taste
Method :
- In a pan add oil and sauté red chilli and sliced onion.
- Transfer this to blender jar along with other ingredients.
- Blend it, Enjoy with rice.
Shelf life: Upto 3 days in refrigerator.
