It’s a vegan ice cream that has no added sugar, is nutritious, and is made with one blender recipe with all natural ingredients, perfect for this summer.
This no-churn tender coconut ice cream has all the richness, flavor, and creaminess of the real thing; no ice cream maker is required.

Ingredients:
2 tender coconut malai / coconut meat
1/2 cup coconut water
10-15 dates
1 cup coconut cream
Method :
- First soak the dates in hot water for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the seeds, keep it aside.
- In a blender add coconut meat/malai, coconut water, soaked dates, coconut cream.
- Blend it, transfer it to ice-cream tray.
- Topped with tender coconut malai (chunks)
- Freeze it 6-7 hrs.
- Enjoy the vegan ice-cream.
Note: Haven’t added any additional sugar or essence. Add it according to your preference.
