This vibrant green chutney is made of green tomatoes, peanuts, and spices. Now this is a must-try recipe because it tastes so unique and so delicious.
When it comes to nutrition, green tomatoes are rich in vitamins A, C, potassium, and iron. Absolutely wonderful options as a chutney with minimal cooking time.


Ingredients:
- 4 green tomatoes (M size)
- 2 green chilli
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 oil
- 20-25 peanuts
- 7-8 curry leaves
- 4 sp chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Temperature:
- 1 sp oil
- 1/2 sp cumin seed
- 1/2 mustard seed
- 1 red chilli
- 5-6 curry leaves
- Hing(optional)

Method:
- First cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces.
- In a pan add oil and add all the above ingredients, roast it until aromatic/ green tomatoes are slightly tender and soft.
- Let it cool, grind make a coarse paste.
- Add tempering using above mentioned spices.
- Enjoy with roti/ rice/ dosa/ idli.
