This homemade chikkoo ice cream recipe is so creamy and perfect summer treat for anyone.
It’s been many years since I’ve been making many types of ice cream flavours using a churner. But this one does not need an ice cream machine; anyone can make it at home.
Making this ice cream needs a few basic ingredients, and adding a lot of fresh fruits makes it healthy, while adding a banana makes it creamy.
- 6-7 Chikkoo (big size)
- 200 ml whole milk
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 1 banana
- 80 gms brown sugar
- Vanilla essence optional ( i haven’t used)
- Remove the fruit skin,Blend all ingredients together and pour it on tray.
- Add chopped chikkoo chinks or your choice of toppings.
- Close the tray lid, freeze about 7-8 hrs or overnight
- Scoop it and enjoy
Note: Removing the chikkoo skin is optional, Ice-cream stay fresh upto 10 days.
