This Masala Sprouts Poha is a supremely nutritious and delicious breakfast recipe. Adding sprouts and veggies will make it more nourishing and tasty.
1 cup Poha
1/2 cup Sprouts
1 small chopped Onion
1 chopped Tomato
Coriander leaves for garnishing
1/2 cup assorted veggies
15 -20 Peanuts
1 sp Ghee
1/2 sp Jeera
1/4 sp crushed coriander seed
Salt to taste
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tablespoon Oil
1/2 sp Turmeric
2 Green chilli
First wash and rinse the poha and keep it aside.
In a deep pan add oil, fry the peanuts. Then add cumin seed and crushed coriander seeds, turmeric and green chilli’s.
Sauté for 30 sec then add onion and tomato, let them cook nicely.
Then add chopped assorted veggies and sprouts.
Add garam masala and salt to taste. Sauté for 1 min and then add 1/4 cup water and let it cook.
When all the water reduces then add poha, mix well.
Squeeze half lemon and garnish with coriander leaves.
When you serving, add spoon full of ghee and enjoy with curd .
