Paneer Avocado Sprouts Sandwich is a healthy quick sandwich recipe for all season.


Ingredients: ( 2 servings)
1/2 cup Fresh panner
1/2 sp fajita seasoning
Salt to taste
4 Whole wheat bread
1/2 avocado
1 cup Fresh greens
1/2 cup Sprouts
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 lemon
1/2 cucumber (slice)
Method :
1. Mix paneer, seasoning and salt keep it aside.
2. Apply this paneer mixture on brown bread slices.
3. Above the place sprouts, fresh green leaves, avocado and cucumber slice.
4. Squeeze lemon and sprinkle chilli flakes.
5. Close the bread slice, cut and enjoy.
