Pomelo Pomegranate Salad is seasonal fresh salad made of pomelo, pomegranate and some spices. This is extremely nutritious, enriched with vitamin C and fiber, which can aid digestion and help you feel full for a longer period of time after eating.


Ingredients:
- 1 cup – Pomelo
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate
- 1 sp Feta cheese
- 1 sp Sunflower seed
- Few Mint leaves
- Few Edible flowers (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Method :
- In a bowl add all the above ingredients.
- Squeeze 1/2 lemon, crush some pepper. Add salt to taste.
- Mix well and serve fresh.
