ಗಸ ಗಸೆ ಹಾಲು / Khuskhus Milk is a very traditional recipe during summer season.

Khuskhus enriched with nutrients. khuskhus help in improving bone health and sleep quality, especially works well in summer hot days! Its a good source of fiber, keep you fuller longer.

Ingredients:

Serving-5

  • Poppy seed- 2 tablespoon
  • Almonds -15
  • Jaggery-2 tablespoon
  • Cardamom-4

Method :

  • Soak the almond and khuskhus in water around 6hrs or overnight.
  • Add all the above ingredients in a blender.
  • Add 2 cups water.
  • Blend make a fine puree.
  • Strain the mixture.
  • Enjoy chilled!
