ಗಸ ಗಸೆ ಹಾಲು / Khuskhus Milk is a very traditional recipe during summer season.
Khuskhus enriched with nutrients. khuskhus help in improving bone health and sleep quality, especially works well in summer hot days! Its a good source of fiber, keep you fuller longer.



Ingredients:
Serving-5
- Poppy seed- 2 tablespoon
- Almonds -15
- Jaggery-2 tablespoon
- Cardamom-4
Method :
- Soak the almond and khuskhus in water around 6hrs or overnight.
- Add all the above ingredients in a blender.
- Add 2 cups water.
- Blend make a fine puree.
- Strain the mixture.
- Enjoy chilled!
