DIY Cheese Ball Platter

DIY Cheese Ball platter is a easy homemade snack platter. Serve this delicious platter on any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • Pomegranate seed -½ cup
  • Roasted Almond flakes – 2 tsp
  • Roasted walnuts- 2 tsp
  • Fried chopped garlic- 2 tsp
  • Herbs seasoning- 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cream cheese -200gms
  • Cheese crackers- 10 numbers
  • English cucumber sliced- 1 no
  • Strawberries – 8 numbers
  • Grapes- a small bunch
  • Breadsticks – 8 numbers
  • Pistachios – 12 no
  • Cookies – 4 nos
  • Chocolate chunks- 2 tbsp
  • Cherry tomatoes – 4 to 5
  • Processed cheese cubes- 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese -200gms
  • Cheese crackers- 10 numbers approx English cucumber sliced- 1 no
  • Strawberries – 8 numbers approx Black grapes- a small bunch
  • Breadsticks – 8 numbers approx Pistachios – 3 tbsp
  • Cookies – 4 nos
  • Chocolate chunks- 2 tbsp
  • Cherry tomatoes – 4 to 5
  • Processed cheese cubes- 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar slices – 3 tbsp
  • Mint/Basil leaves for garnish

Method :

1. In a mixing bowl add the cream cheese and to it add the roasted almond flakes, roasted crushed walnuts, fried chopped garlic, herb seasoning, chopped coriander, salt to taste, and mix well

2. Make a ball out of the above-mixed ingredients and keep it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

3. Then roll this ball on pomegranate seeds.

4. Serve this flavored cheese as a platter along with cheese crackers, sliced English cucumbers, strawberries, black grapes, breadsticks, pistachios, cookies, cherry tomatoes, chocolate chunks, processed cheese cubes, cheddar slices, etc.

5. Garnish with mint/basil leaves and enjoy. 6. You can add or interchange the elements in your platter accordingly.
