White Russian Pannacotta

White Russian Pannacotta is a liquor dessert. Blend of coffee, cream and vodka. Perfect for Christmas winter season.

Ingredients:

For the coffee layer:

  • Agar agar strips 5-6
  • 100 ml strong coffee
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tbsp. coffee liqueur

Method :

  • In a bowl add 1/2 cup water and add agar agar strips for 20 minutes.
  • Add all the ingredients in a sauce pan, let it dissolve and bring it to boil.
  • Pour this mixture on serving glass. Let it cool down and set.

For the creamy layer:

  • Agar agar strip 5-6
  • 200 ml double cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 60ml vodka

Method :

  • In a bowl add 1/2 cup water and add agar agar strips for 20 minutes.
  • Add all the ingredients in a sauce pan, let it dissolve and bring it to boil.
  • Pour this mixture on coffee layer carefully. Let it set.
  • Serve chilled.

Optional : Garnish with cocoa powder or dark chocolate.
