White Russian Pannacotta is a liquor dessert. Blend of coffee, cream and vodka. Perfect for Christmas winter season.


Ingredients:
For the coffee layer:
- Agar agar strips 5-6
- 100 ml strong coffee
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tbsp. coffee liqueur
Method :
- In a bowl add 1/2 cup water and add agar agar strips for 20 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients in a sauce pan, let it dissolve and bring it to boil.
- Pour this mixture on serving glass. Let it cool down and set.
For the creamy layer:
- Agar agar strip 5-6
- 200 ml double cream
- 150 ml milk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 60ml vodka
Method :
- In a bowl add 1/2 cup water and add agar agar strips for 20 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients in a sauce pan, let it dissolve and bring it to boil.
- Pour this mixture on coffee layer carefully. Let it set.
- Serve chilled.
Optional : Garnish with cocoa powder or dark chocolate.
