- 50gms White Chocolate
- 200 ml Milk
- 1/2 tspoon Agar Agar
- Few droops Vanilla Essence
- 4 Gulab Jamun
- Garnishing: whipping cream, white chocolate
- In a sauce pan add white chocolate, cream, milk, vanilla essence, agar agar mix well.
- Turn on the heat(low heat) whisk continuously bring it to boil.
- Pour this mixture on a cup. Place the jamun in middle.
- Let it cool down. Keep it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with slice of jamun, whipping cream and white chocolate.
- Serve Chilled!
