Pineapple Jam

This homemade pineapple jam is bright and rich, sweet and juicy. Perfect for spreading on toast or chapati.


  • 1 cup Chopped Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Clove


  • In a thick bottom pan over medium heat add small chopped pineapple, sugar and clove.
  • Boil for 20 minutes, stirring often, until the jam is thickened.
  • Let it cool, pour into a clean container.

Note : Keep it in a refrigerator for long shelf life (1 month).
