This homemade pineapple jam is bright and rich, sweet and juicy. Perfect for spreading on toast or chapati.
- 1 cup Chopped Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Clove
- In a thick bottom pan over medium heat add small chopped pineapple, sugar and clove.
- Boil for 20 minutes, stirring often, until the jam is thickened.
- Let it cool, pour into a clean container.
Note : Keep it in a refrigerator for long shelf life (1 month).
