Tender Coconut Malai Mango Ice

Tender Coconut Mango Ice is a vegan frozen dessert. It’s a pure tropical treat and perfect for aummer. Adding Cardamom will give it a unique flavour.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mango Pulp
  • 1 cup Coconut Cream
  • 1 cup Tender Coconut Malai
  • 1 cup Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 spoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar

Method:

  • In a deep bowl whip the coconut cream.
  • Add powdered sugar and mango pulp, whip again.
  • Now add cardamom powder, mango chunks and tender coconut malai.
  • Gently fold the cream.
  • Pour these mixture on freezer friendly container.
  • Freeze it for 6-7hrs.
  • Serve with fresh mango chunks.
  • Enjoy!
