Tender Coconut Mango Ice is a vegan frozen dessert. It’s a pure tropical treat and perfect for aummer. Adding Cardamom will give it a unique flavour.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mango Pulp
- 1 cup Coconut Cream
- 1 cup Tender Coconut Malai
- 1 cup Mango Chunks
- 1/2 spoon Cardamom Powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar
Method:
- In a deep bowl whip the coconut cream.
- Add powdered sugar and mango pulp, whip again.
- Now add cardamom powder, mango chunks and tender coconut malai.
- Gently fold the cream.
- Pour these mixture on freezer friendly container.
- Freeze it for 6-7hrs.
- Serve with fresh mango chunks.
- Enjoy!
