Seasonal Fruits Salad

Fresh cut seasonal fruits are more fibrous, naturally sweet, crunchy, juicy and their nutrition values are high! It helps to break down the fibre and release the sugar slowly. It gives the body more time to absorb the vitamins, minerals which are healthy.

Ingredients: Assorted Fruit cuts

Dressing : Seasoned with 1/2 spoon pink himalayan rock salt, crushed 5-6 back pepper and 1/2 lemon juice.
