Thandai mix or Thandai masala is a masala powder. It is used to make the popular North Indian cooling beverage, “Thandai” which is prepared during the festival of Holi.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Almond
- 1/2 cup Cashews
- 1/2 cup Watermelon seed
- 1 teaspoon Saffron
- 2 tablespoon Rose patels
- 2spoon poppy seed
- 2 spoon fennel seed
- 4 Cardamom
- 5-6 Black pepper
Instructions:
Grind all the ingredients and make a fine powder. Store it in a airtight container.
