Flavored yogurt recipe with fresh vegetable.
Want to enjoy yogurt even more.. try this recipe.. rich in iron and protein. It is best to make flavored yogurt at home as we can control the amount of sweetener in the yogurt.
- Hung curd – 1 cup
- Cold pressed beet juice -1cup
- Sweetener- 4 spoon
- Vanilla extract- 2 drops
- In sauce pan add beet juice and sweetener.
- Bring it to boil. Add vanilla essence.
- Cook in a low simmer about 4 to 5 minutes.
- You will get syrup consistency.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool .
- Add these syrup to hung curd. Beat until you get creamy consistency.
- Serve chilled.
