Blueberry Oat milk Smoothie

Blueberry oat milk smoothie is healthy drink loaded with nutrients and healthy breakfast choice.

For this recipe you will need:


  • Oat milk- 1cup
  • Blueberry- 1/2 cup
  • Banana – 1/2
  • Honey – 1 tspoon
  • Water – 1cup


In a blender add ingredients and make a fine puree .Then add cup of water and blend again. Serve chilled .

Oat milk : Soak the oats (1 cup )for 30 minutes . Add 4 cup of water, blend all together and Strain through a cheesecloth over a strainer and strain it. Store it in a refrigerator for 4 days.
