Mash mellow Chocolate Mousse

Mash mellow chocolate mousse easy to prepare, rich and creamy, yet light and fluffy satisfying your sweet craving.


  • Dark chocolate – 150 gms
  • Whipping cream – 1/2 cup
  • Castor sugar – 3spoon
  • Mash mellow – 15 no
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form. Beat in vanilla and sugar until peaks form.
  • In a bowl add dark chocolate chunks and melt it.(cool)
  • Now fold the whipping cream with melted chocolate.
  • Add small size mash mellow chunks.
  • Mix again and keep it a refrigerator for 4hrs.
  • In a serving cup add big scoop mousse topped with dark chocolate shave and mash mellow and serve chilled.
