Mash mellow chocolate mousse easy to prepare, rich and creamy, yet light and fluffy satisfying your sweet craving.
- Dark chocolate – 150 gms
- Whipping cream – 1/2 cup
- Castor sugar – 3spoon
- Mash mellow – 15 no
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form. Beat in vanilla and sugar until peaks form.
- In a bowl add dark chocolate chunks and melt it.(cool)
- Now fold the whipping cream with melted chocolate.
- Add small size mash mellow chunks.
- Mix again and keep it a refrigerator for 4hrs.
- In a serving cup add big scoop mousse topped with dark chocolate shave and mash mellow and serve chilled.
