Pineapple Juice

Easy pineapple juice using fresh pineapple chunks and water in a blender. Perfect for hot weather.

Pineapples low in calories and loaded with nutrients and antioxidants.Benefits include immune booster and inflammation fighter, helps to detoxify the body and mind, incredibly great for vision.

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple chunks – 1 cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Sweetener if required
  • Cardamom powder – ¼ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes – optional

Instructions:

1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, make a fine juice.

2. Strain the juice and serve fresh.

3. Enjoy!
