Pineapple screwdriver is a alcoholic drink. This drink is very much a blend of the flavors of pineapple , orange and mint leave. It is definitely a little bit on the sweeter side.

Ingredients:

• 170 ml pineapple juice

• 170 ml orange juice

• 100 ml vodka

• Optional garnishes:

• fresh mint

• orange peel

• Orange slice

• ice

Instructions:

1. Mix pineapple juice, orange juice and vodka together.

2. Fill glasses with ice and pour pineapple screwdriver mixture.

3. Garnish with mint, orange peel / orange slice.

4. Serve chilled.
