Jasmine Tea

Most famous scented tea JASMINE TEA has a plenty of benefits.

  • Boosts Energy.

Ingredient:

  • Jasmine blossoms – 1 cup
  • Green tea powder 1 tea spoon
  • Honey -1/2 teaspoon

Preparation:

  • Take a tea pot add water. In a medium high heat boil it.(or use kettle)
  • Turn off the heat and add jasmine blossoms, cover it for 30 minutes.
  • Now turn on the heat again boil the jasmine water (medium heat)add green tea powder or tea leaves.
  • Turn off the heat, cover the tea pot for 3-4 minutes
  • Strain it, add honey serve hot.
  • Enjoy!
