Baked mashed potato packed with nutrients, incredibly filling and its naturally gluten free.
- Boiled Potato – 1 cup
- Parmesan Cheese – 3-4 table spoon
- Unsalted Butter – 2-3 tablespoon
- Mashed garlic clove – 1 teaspoon
- Salt and Pepper-according to taste
- In a large bowl add boiled potatoes.
- Mash it and make it fine smooth silky texture.
- Add parmesan cheese, mashed garlic , butter, salt and pepper. Mix it.
- Transfer the mashed potato to baking container .
- Bake it in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes (200 degree)
- Garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve with your favourite loaf.
