Baked Mashed Potato

Baked mashed potato packed with nutrients, incredibly filling and its naturally gluten free.


  • Boiled Potato – 1 cup
  • Parmesan Cheese – 3-4 table spoon
  • Unsalted Butter – 2-3 tablespoon
  • Mashed garlic clove – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and Pepper-according to taste


  • In a large bowl add boiled potatoes.
  • Mash it and make it fine smooth silky texture.
  • Add parmesan cheese, mashed garlic , butter, salt and pepper. Mix it.
  • Transfer the mashed potato to baking container .
  • Bake it in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes (200 degree)
  • Garnish with fresh herbs.
  • Serve with your favourite loaf.
