Ingredients: For Cake
1 cup oats powder
1/2 cup Plain Flour
1/2 cup olive oil(extra light)
Cocoa Powder – 1/4 th cup
Honey- 5 spoon
Brown Sugar- 1/4 cup
Baking powder – 1tsp
Banking soda – 1 tsp
Cream (low fat)
Process : In a double boiler melt chocolate and mix cream make a cream consistency. Keep it in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
Take a 2 bowls. In one bowl add all the dry ingredients . And another bowl add all the wet ingredients.
Now mix. And don’t over mix it.If the batter is too thick add milk and make a brownie batter consistency.
In a preheated oven bake for around 25- 30 minutes or until the cakes are baked through.
To test for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, it’s done. Allow cakes to cool completely in the pans set on a wire rack. The cakes must be completely cool before frosting and assembling.
Using a large serrated knife, slice the cakes.
Dived the frosting into two equal portions. Add the first portion on the cake slice.
Now add another cake slice on cream. Again add chocolate cream mixture. Topped with cherries.
Keep it in a fridge for 1-2 hrs and serve.
