Ingredients:
Choice of your Milk- 1 cup
Honey- 1 tsp
Blue pea flower- 3 -4 (dried)
Cinnamon- 1 pinch
Nutmeg- 1 pinch
Process:
1. In a deep pan ( medium heat) add all the ingredients.
2. Boil it for a 3-4 minutes .
