Dragon Fruit Yogurt


Dragon fruit -1

Plain Yogurt- 1 cup

Sugar- 5 to 6 sp

Vanilla extract


In a deep pan (low heat) add dragon fruit chunks and sugar and vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of water.

Let it cook for 12-15 min in medium heat.

Cook until the sauce becomes slightly thick consistency.

Let it cool down.

Store it in a airtight container. It stays in fridge more than 20 days.

How to make Greek Yogurt

Pour the yogurt in to cheese cloth like a photo. Hang it for 2-3 hrs you will get greek yogurt. (or to strain, line a mesh sieve with cheesecloth )

How to make dragon fruit yogurt!

In a jar make a layers . If the yogurt is too thick you can add water or milk to make a consistency.

First layer- plain yogurt

Second layer- dragon fruit sauce or mix with sauce and yogurt micx well.

Third layer- again plain yogurt or just fruit sauce.Scoop the fruit and place it.

Keep it in a fridge to set for 2-3 hrs. Serve Chilled!
