Blueberry Yogurt

Blueberries are called the “King of Antioxidant” foods and its often labeled a superfood, they are low in calories and incredibly sweet , nutritious.

Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Cup blue berry

4-5 spoon sugar

2-3 spoon water.

2 cups plain yogurt.

Preparation

🌱To make a sauce add berries,sugar and water in a pan. (Medium low heat)

🌱Boil it for 8-10 minutes . Cush berries.You will get a syrup.Store it in a container.

🌱To make a greek yogurt: Pour the yogurt in to cheese cloth.Hang it for 3-4hrs, you will get greek yogurt. (or to strain, line a mesh sieve with cheesecloth )

How to make Blueberry yogurt!

🌱In a jar make a layers . If the yogurt is too thick you can add water or milk to make a consistency.

🌱First layer- plain yogurt.

🌱Second layer- Blueberry sauce.

🌱Third layer- again plain yogurt….Topped with fresh berries.

🌱Keep it in a fridge to set for 2-3 hrs. Serve Chilled!
