Rainbow Fruits Salad

Fruit is an important part of a healthy diet.

The amount of fruit you need to eat depends on age, sex, and level of physical activity. The amount each person needs can vary between 1 and 2 cups each day.

My kid is a picky eater! So i have made this colourful rainbow salad.

Here i have used

🌱Red dragon fruit

🌱Mango

🌱Muskmelon

🌱Banana

🌱Pomegranate

🌱Blue berry

🌱Cheery

🌱Orange juice as a dressing.

To make it more attractive i have scooped.
