As difficult as it is to learn how to stay healthy on travel /vacation. A large part of it is making sure that you don’t let yourself get too hungry. This means no unnecessary fast food stops or binging on the first thing you see.
Its my personal experience, traveling international is really hectic, tiring.. we easily crash on junk food. Areee time pass jo karni hai!
🍀Cashews – these are air fried with 1tsp chilli powder, salt and 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1 sp olive oil. (10min -120degree)
🍀Almonds- these are baked with 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil and 1sp black pepper powder and salt(160degree) 10 min in a preheated oven.
🍀Peanut- These are pan fried in 1 sp extra light olive oil with salt and 1/4 tsp garam masala.
Preparation: First cook(bake, air-fry,pan-roast) the nuts and then add spices.
Note: Slow cooking is the key to keep the nutrition.
