Quinoa Cheese Cake

Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain sufficient amounts of all nine essential amino acids..

It is also high in fiber, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E and various beneficial antioxidants.

They are very simple to make! When you serve them on a plate with some veggies like Subway Salad or like a snacks with your favourite dip they look fancy enough to serve for a special occasion!

🌹Recipe🌹

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked quinoa

1 eggs beaten

Salt and pepper to taste

½ onion finely chopped

½ cup Cheddar cheese

2 spoon coriander leaves

2 cloves garlic crushed

Chilli is optional

2 spoon rice flour

1 tablespoon canola oil(for frying)

Instructions:

• Combine all the ingredients mix well, Form the mixture into make patties.

• Frying Instructions: Grease the pan and cook until the patties are golden color.

Serve with your favourite dip.
