For this dish
🌱Veggies(corn, green peas, red bell pepper, yellow bel pepper)
🌱Extra virgin olive oil
🌱Salt and pepper
🌱Walnut, raisin,coconut shave
In a pan add oil and piri piri powder(low heat) roast it for 10 sec.
Add pre cooked quinoa, salt and pepper.Mix well
In a bowl add all veggies, add some water microwave it for 1 min.
Another pan roast the tofu( oil and salt)
Add these veggies to quinoa and also add nuts and coconut shave, tofu.
Turn off the heat and cover the pan for 5 min.
